Bob Jamieson is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, graduated from Duke University and studied architecture at the University of Colorado and North Carolina State University.

After a tour of duty in the Navy, he moved to Wilmington in 1975 to work for the State of North Carolina as a natural resource manager.

A licensed broker since 1985, Bob recently joined Intracoastal Realty after a number of years as a top producer with Prudential.

He is currently President-elect of the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS, and holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI Graduate REALTOR Institute) designations.

While Bob is a multi-million dollar producer, you will not see that fact mentioned on his card or in his print advertising because his emphasis is solely upon giving his clients the best real estate service in the industry. You can count on him treating every transaction as if it were his very own.

I have never thought of myself as a salesman. I am more of a matchmaker.
